Signing Up

The first step in the process is to sign up your company. One of the biggest benefits to hosting is the ability to change and control your costs, by controlling the number of concurrent users you need. For example, during the first month, you may wish to experiment and practice to get to know the system better, or to customize aspects of the system. During this time, you may only need one user. When you're ready to go live, simply add additional users as they are needed. In this way, you won't pay for services you don't need.

In the same way, you can reduce the number of users as needed, for example, a seasonal business which can benefit by sizing the system to fit the season.

Billing is automated and occurs on the first of each month for the upcoming month's subscription. Users added during the month are charged at a prorated amount based on the number of weeks left in the month. For your convenience, the monthly subscription can be easily charged to a credit card, or directly withdrawn from your checking account via ACH. You can change subscription count or billing methods at any time.
