Share Your Desktop With LiveDesktop

LiveDesktop allows us to help you even when not in the Nextsoft hosted system.  With LiveDesktop, our support team can gain real-time access to your desktop to help solve problems with connectivity, printing and other remote tasks.  However, security is never compromised as you must first log into the LiveDesktop server before your desktop is available for sharing.  In addition, the connection between your desktop and the Support Team member is fully encrypted

To connect now, enter your name and company in the box to the right.  Then press Request Help to log onto the LiveDesktop server. 

Next, contact our Support Team via one of the following to initiate a LiveDesktop session:

Once connected, you and the Support Team member will share your desktop, and each will be able to control mouse and keyboard input.
